Position description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Compliance & Legal Teams for a 4-month Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory research, document management, and legal processes while contributing to critical projects that support ethical business practices and organizational compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Legal monitoring and research: Actively monitor and review legal changes in countries relevant to company’s operations and provide timely updates on legislation that may impact the company’s activities and operations, including ESG regulations.
- Analysis: Ability to summarize the results of the legal monitoring and research in a concise manner
- Knowledge sharing: Actively participate in meetings (in-person in the Paris office) and online and present the results of the legal monitoring and research to the Solutions Consulting Manager and other colleagues from the Solutions Consulting Team and Legal Team.
- Prepare or support preparation of regulatory materials for Frontline teams and contribute to the internal regulatory newsletter.
- Regulatory and general Competition: Support Competition Analysis overall and with a focus on regulations, including writing for the internal competition newsletter and answering general internal requests.
- Enablement: Contribute to preparing regulatory enablement materials.
- Overall regulatory support as needed for the Legal and Solution Consulting/Enablement Team.
Qualifications
- Current University Student eligible for an on-site internship. Academic Background in law, regulatory related studies, or sustainability studies with regulatory angle.
- Full proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in German will be a plus.
- Excellent research, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in the usage of Google Suite Tools & Microsoft Office.
- A Team player that has the capacity to work in an international environment.
- You are able to work independently when receiving clear guidelines/instructions from Management.
- You act in a responsible and accountable way with tasks assigned to you.
- A strong interest in Research, Enablement & Sustainability.
Additional Information
- Location: Warsaw
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- You must be living and studying in the location advertised
- Office attendance is expected
