The successful candidate will manage technical projects involving internal resources, clients and software partners integrating our existing systems and services into procurement platforms. You will coordinate with members of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure all aspects of each integration project are covered. It will be your responsibility to manage our API versioning program and associated projects with customers and key partners. 

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in information technology project management. It is also essential for the applicant to be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts (APIs, REST, JSON, etc), architecture, practices and procedures, and to be able to communicate effectively with members of cross functional and international teams. This role will perform a variety of tasks including leading the work of others. A wide degree of creativity, flexibility and a proactive attitude is expected. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Functional Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients during integration, ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and met, and serve as a functional/technical expert on EcoVadis API capabilities and use cases

  • API Migration management: Define and manage the EcoVadis API migration program for partners and customer 

  • Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/partners for the flawless execution of projects and sunsetting of previous API versions for external users

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients throughout the integration process, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, sales, customer success, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks in the integration process and develop strategies to mitigate them, keeping projects on track. Report and escalate to management as needed. 

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, status updates, and post-integration reviews. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project progress. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that integrations are implemented with high-quality standards, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve integration processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent 

  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment, specifically with integration or implementation projects.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration tools. Familiarity with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, data mapping, and middleware is a plus.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing large-scale, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex integration challenges.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to work directly with clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and driving project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications, or similar credentials are a plus.

  • Technical Background: A background in software development or a technical field can be beneficial.

  • Experience with Integrations: Prior experience working specifically with SaaS integrations, APIs, or system-to-system integrations.

  • Experience with Procurement Systems: Knowledge and experience working with procurement software solutions 

  • Communications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Additional language is a bonus.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 office days per month) / Full remote from Poland
