We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for spearheading our business growth by identifying sales opportunities and closing-won deals in the region. Account Executives are expected to demonstrate leadership to identify market trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams

You will engage and support all companies to leverage Ulula solutions in order to amplify the voice of the most vulnerable stakeholders in global supply chains.

To achieve this you will:

  • Manage the sales process through outreach, qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closure
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Conduct high quality meetings with prospects in your territory via online and in-person meetings
  • Quickly build advanced knowledge of Human Rights and Direct Stakeholder engagement
  • Serve as a brand evangelist and custodian for Ulula and its suite of products and solutions
  • Participate in relevant events and speaking opportunities in your territory;
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future

Qualifications

We’re looking for an exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in sales within an international and dynamic environment. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and sales skills, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and successful track record in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Advanced consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Fluency in English (required), Spanish and Portuguese (optional);
  • Knowledge of the North American market and corporate business culture
  • Strong knowledge of the sustainability, human rights & ethical procurement space;
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
