Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 5:00 pm. The rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The warehouse lead will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the warehouse. Ensure production orders are filled accurately and promptly, and that the warehouse is organized and safe. Support the execution of operational policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and Critical Outputs:

• Coordinate daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and kitting.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines by production schedule.
• Ensure team members comply with safety regulations and use the appropriate PPE in the area.
• Train new warehouse team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem-solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment.

Qualifications:

Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1+ years prior Manufacturing experience or related field
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship.
• Basic computer skills and use of software application(s) is required.
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Minimum of 1+ year of Forklift sit-down and stand-up experience.
• Fully Bilingual

• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience using an MRP system.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
• Customer Focus; Managing and Measuring Work; Drive for Results; Problem-Solving; Timely Decision Making; Learning on the Fly; Priority Setting; Conflict Management.
• Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in using and maintaining MRP
• Quantitative analysis expertise
• Interpersonal communication skills
