Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift).

This position is responsible for inventory and supplies, carrying out the processes of reception, storage and delivery, in addition to securing the warehouse and supervising the warehouse's employees.

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Proactively identifies deviations or potential deviations and works with the Production management team to take corrective action immediately.

• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. #LI-DG2

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree MUST
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions, in manufacturing industries (preferably Electrical).
  • 2nd shift Schedule: 16:00 to 24:00
  • Any ERP experience

• Responsible for finish goods & raw materials handling, storage, movement, materials transaction & shipments
• Shipment accuracy & on time delivery for the good leaving factory
• Maintain the best quality &safety of inventory by following procedures or working instruction (Storage standard & Security Control)
• Ensure all inventory transaction being clear and recorded (tickets)
