Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. This position will be located at our Euclid, OH facility.

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for directing and controlling resources for accurate movement of material throughout our vertically integrated campus from material receipt, Stockroom, Distribution Center, and end-of-line packaging and shipping functions while ensuring timely processing of inventory transactions within the MRP system to support both internal and external customer demands. This role will have two (2) direct salary supervisory reports and an extended team of sixteen (16) salaried and hourly Union associates.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

• Oversee and prioritize daily warehouse operations, including material receipt, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain stockroom layout to maximize efficiency for kitting processes and ensure FIFO pulling of material.
• Conduct quarterly review and disposal of Excess and Obsolete inventory per company guidelines.
• Ensure integrity of multiple stockroom locations for production, projects, and engineering. Maintain inventory accuracy level of greater than 95%.
• Maintain the audit capability and effectiveness of the cycle counting program, ensuring counts are done daily with timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Implement cost-out goals and reporting of actual cost-out results within departments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for shipping materials, forklift repairs and maintenance as required.
• Maintain metrics for Safety, OTD, Cycle Count Accuracy, Stockroom efficiency, and others as assigned.
• Lead and own the facility Physical Inventory process.
• Establish performance criteria to measure efficiency within each materials handling function.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for Government Source product requirements.
• Maintain standard work and requirements.
• Champion implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean activities to eliminate waste opportunities of key processes.
• Train and develop team members as well as provide oversight and coaching to other team members.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years supervisory and/or managerial experience in a warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP Systems, Warehousing, Trucking and Freight.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems and cycle counting.
• Experience managing in a Union environment.

Position Success Criteria:
• UPS and FedEx Shipping Guidelines.
• Freight Forwarders and International Shipping requirements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, coaching and influence management skills.
• Microsoft Office skills - with minimum of intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookup and Pivot table knowledge).
