Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:15 am to 5:00 pm. The rate for this position is $23.92 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The warehouse lead oversees material receipt activities, ensuring efficient, accurate handling and adherence to safety and organizational standards. This role also ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and maintain warehouse organization and safety, while implementing operational policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and Critical Outputs:
• Coordinate daily operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and kitting process.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedule.
• Ensure team members comply with safety regulations and use the according PPE in the area.
• Train new warehouse team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Any additional tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one-year previous warehouse/receiving experience.
• Legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Minimum of one-year of Forklift (sit down and stand-up) experience.

• No relocation is offered. Candidates must live within a fifty-mile radius of the El Paso, TX facility for consideration. Active-duty military members are exempt from the geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Good communication skills to include both verbal and written.
• 2+ year of experience in warehouse setting.
• Experience using MRP system.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem-solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment.

• Customer focus, managing and measuring work, drive for results, problem solving, timely decision making, learning on the fly, priority setting, and conflict management.
• Experience on using and maintaining MRP.
• Quantitative analysis expertise.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
