Warehouse Associate -2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate -2nd Shift. Our Woodridge, IL location is the leader in the distribution of finished electrical products to multiple segments. These include utilties, hospitals, data centers, arenas, and aerospace. The Warehouse Assocaite- 2nd Shift role offers 40-hour paid week, full benefits, 401K match plan, and vacation. The working hours would be 2:00pm-10:30pm and days being Monday-Friday.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. With an additional $1.00/hr differential for 2nd shift.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out. You will work to verify orders as the come in and out of the facility. Load and Unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage.
In this function you will:
• Pick, pack, and ship product
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy
• Load and unload Trucks / Containers
• Receive and process stock and materials
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move material as needed
• Must be able to work at a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Handheld / RF Scanner experience
• Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
• Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
