Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the energy landscape? As the Strategy Leader for Distributed Energy Resources (DER) at Eaton, you will drive the ES EMEA Utilities strategy, marketing, and communication plans, ensuring deployment in targeted countries.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the Utilities Segment strategy, coordinating across divisions, segment sales, and country sales and services leadership.
  • Evolve Eaton's go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Segment Sales and Country Sales leadership.
  • Lead content creation, including value propositions, customer success stories, and partner references.
  • Understand the competitive environment and enhance Eaton's competitiveness in existing and emerging markets.
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders to position Eaton as a market leader.
  • Track market trends, identify technology implications, and collaborate with Eaton Business Units on product and technology development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership and the offer's organization.
  • Develop key business partners and alliances to enhance Eaton's execution capabilities.
  • Support business development in target customers and partners.
  • Provide direction on market development activities in collaboration with the segment Marcom lead.
  • Implement the 360 segment process to drive the Utility strategy, marketing, and communication plan.

Qualifications:

  • Proven years of experience in the utility and renewable market.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and digital communication proficiency
  • Ability to work in an international and matrix environment, building and leading virtual teams. Ability to translate and articulate complex technology solutions as clearer business propositions.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think and act strategically.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German and French is an advantage
