Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Training Coordinator.
What you'll do:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Manager to assure the effectiveness of the certification and training plan for all the functions. To maintain and ensure effective internal communication process and guarantee positive workforce climate, through the compliance of the labor laws, internal process, and policies. Responsibilities will include requiring expertise in the areas of Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management and Coaching.
Job responsibilities
• Maintains all employee's files up to date with training information.
• Ensure legal compliance training - STPS requirements - DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4

• Execute the training needs detection process and develop the Annual Training Plan.
• Supports all activities related to training ensuring compliance with STPS legal requirements, coordination of internal and external trainings, etc.
• Ensure On-boarding process is completed: Relocation as needed and inmmigration policy and process (where applicable) ,laptop, email, acces, workplace, Eaton Buddy and guide to LOP's on the main responsibilities with the new hires.
• Reports and track progress regarding all Corporate Training requirements including Eaton University.
• Ensure the compliance of Communication Plan
• Lead the implementation, administration, and communication of: Training, Performance and Development Plans.
• Acts as a support contact point for employees and managers in the business unit and ensure the internal communication related HR topics. Acts as a support point to managers related employees survey and ensure the compliance of the action plans
• Eaton's culture supporting Inclusion & Diversity and wellness initiatives of local committees, coordinate events focused on improving the work environment.
• Effectively support the execution of HR processes and implement HR policies (maternity policy, vacation policy, educational policy etc.)
• Provide strategy and advice to LOP'S such as performance management (Talent Hub), leadership development. #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree necessary , preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in training (1-2 years at least as a supervisor, coordinator or related)
- Manufacturing industry background (preferable)
- Knowledge of: Training's legal compliance, training and instruction , Training's annual plan, and other related regulations including STPS.
- SIRCE portal - Legal training requirements
- Knowledge of relevant developments in the field and relevant legislation and regulations in the field of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Inclusion & Diversity
- Fully bilingual
- Excellent communication skills, a positive, results-oriented mentality
