The hourly rate for this position is $23- $26 per hour. The core hours for this shift are Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What you'll do:
Primary Function:
The Legacy Trainer performs on-the-job training for new and current teammates at the Dallas Distribution Center, utilizing standardized work processes and procedures to ensure consistent task completion across all shifts.
In this function, you will:
• Train new hires and agency employees to complete tasks using stand work procedures, including following company safety policies and procedures, operating power industrial trucks, identifying warehouse locations, picking and packing processes, staging orders for shipment, sorting, verifying the location of products via the RF scan gun and conducting accurate counts, using LXE computers, and generating shipping labels.
• Identify learning challenges and present materials in multiple ways to enhance understanding.
• Complete and file paperwork documenting training sessions.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating a Power Industrial Truck.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous training experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
Position Criteria:
• Ability to follow safety guidelines while operating a reach truck and order picker.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and adhere to all company policies and procedures including practice of good housekeeping.
• Ability to maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, and report unsafe acts.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs; bend, reach, lift, push, and pull with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to support operations when not performing the duties of the trainer.
