What you'll do:
- Customer Order Engineering based troubleshooting and testing Primary MV switchgear (UX&UMC), ATS, and other secondary panel functions (Control, metering and protection) .
- Protection Relay (ABB,SIEMENS,SCHNEIDER,GE and SEL) logic controllers (EATON PLC's) Programming and Testing including IEC61850 protocol related logic design and tests
- Debug and resolve issues identified during testing activities
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on all critical equipment failures and provide recommendations for improving product quality
- Providing technical support Manufacturing team with preventive action plan
- Perform continuous review of the HV equipment maintenance programs to identify improvements to ensure the HV asset's safe and reliable operation
- Provides engineering input for switchgears to ensure Eaton standards and material specifications are followed.
- Factory Acceptance Test activities
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering BSc or related technical field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in electrical design.
- Preferably having a background of Test Engineering Role
Skills:
- Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements.
- Experience applying statistical concepts and methods to analyze test data.
- Experience working in MV/HV switchgears
- Strong English skills
