Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Territory Manager. This is a remote sales position supporting the following territories: Central US, Northeast US and Ontario CAN.
The Territory Manager, Digital Service Tools position, is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and management of the digital tools in their assigned territory. This role will be responsible for developing the sales, customer, and territory strategy to execute the revenue plans for the aftermarket digital sales tools product portfolio and that enhance Eaton's market position and provide opportunities for profitable growth aligned to the strategic and annual plans. This role is accountable for growing their revenue for the digital sales tools product portfolio in all customer channels and for pull through efforts on traditional Eaton commercial vehicle products at assigned regional and national fleets. In addition, the role will coordinate with the other staff functions to ensure cross communication required to support revenue achievement.

What you'll do:
- Develop a growth and customer strategy in alignment with the service and solutions annual and 5-year strategic plans to achieve the VGNA aftermarket revenue growth objectives.
- Plan and direct the sales team in securing sales volume through regularly scheduled meetings, customer presentations, and strategy sessions.
- Establish & monitor staff performance & development goals, set objectives, establish priorities, and hold accountable by providing timely coaching and feedback.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new fleet opportunities to support VGNA's Commercial Vehicle Parts and Service Solutions revenue growth objectives, both annual and 5 year strategic plans.
- Use consultative methods and technical selling skills to communicate product advantages in terms of product reliability, time savings, technical support, customer support, and financial advantages including training, demonstrations, product presentations, etc.
- Work collaboratively with product management, SIOP, materials, and other cross functional teams to deliver accurate and reliable sales forecast information, customer feedback, product enhancements, and other relevant product information and data.
- Serve as the Eaton expert for the Aftermarket digital service solutions product portfolio
- Attend trade shows, training events, conferences, open houses, and other industry meetings as required
- Travel up to 50%-65% of the time performing product sales presentations, demonstrations, leading/assisting software installs, and executing trouble-shooting services at customer sites - both new and existing.
- Must have previous experience working within the Commercial Truck (Class 8) industry (Sales, Parts, Service, etc.)"
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in Sales, Program Management, and/or Relationship Management within the Aftermarket Commercial Vehicle/Fleet industry
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship both now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience selling Digital Service tools, Artificial Intelligence and/or advanced technologies (ex: Telematics)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Existing relationships with US commercial fleets

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $120,000.00-$176,000.00
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
