What you'll do:

As Technical Support Specialist you will be part of the growing new Nordic Zone Support Center of Eaton in Tallinn, that will be developed to contribute to the Zone in various areas. You will be responsible for providing technical support of one phase electrical Eaton UPS-es for business and individual customers, assessing the complexity of issues and escalating it to the right level.   • Support the process documentation and knowledge sharing sessions, tools deployment and contribute to increase the customer satisfaction and the technical knowledge within the team.
  • Provide technical support (hardware and software) related to EATON portfolio for a defined product division via phone/email/webchat.
  • Assist customers to resolve hardware & software issues which might involve escalations to Level 2 and above technical support engineers, R&D and Product Managers.
  • Drive customer loyalty through quality of service, improved value and through a high performance culture.
  • Support the local sales organization and customers in areas such as technical and commercial assistance, technical guidance, documentation, compliance with standard, comparison with competitors portfolio, product or assortment specific questions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum vocational education as electrician or electrical engineer, ideally Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Background in electrical field and relevant working experience in electrical product or technical support area
  • Fluency in English language, other language knowledge (especially Nordics) is advantage
  • MS Office literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), knowledge of SAP is advantage
  • High level of customer support and solution driven mindset
  • Team player, proactive personality and technical acumen
