What you'll do:
- Provides technical support to clients before/after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems.
- Responsible for technical inquiries and proactively propose solutions.
- Visit the customer's sites to fix the problems at the field if needs.
- Provide technical training to the customers and internal team for new products and solutions.
- Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.
- Support for visitors of technical from overseas.
- Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1-3 years' experience with Power and electrical component related Products
- Good writing and oral English.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to have experienced in Quality Control for Power Distribution Products such as breakers and power supply.
- Project management experience is a plus.
