Eaton's division is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer. This is a hybrid role based in Arden, NC location. If residing outside of a 50 miles radius of Arden, NC relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $65250.0 - $95700.0 a year.

What you'll do:
This position provides technical support for the assigned technical support team. The Industrial Control and Circuit Protection Components team supports products including motor starters and contactors, soft starters, control relays, motor overload protection products, pilot devices and molded case circuit breakers. A second team provides technical support for Residential Products including loadcenters, circuit breakers, group metering and Commercial and Industrial Power Distribution Components including dry type transformers and switching devices (safety switches, rotary switches). Technical support includes assisting customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and application assistance received via phone, email and chat.

In this function you will:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat and email

- Work rotational hours 8:00am - 5:00pm ET and 9:00am - 6:00pm ET
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
