What you'll do:

  • Act as the troubleshooter of product failure (Site resolution, ZWAR, RMA, FCA if needed). Support CSR, sales and sales manager evaluating customer request, and marketing needs, customer presentation from technical perspective to propose solutions to customers/sales team.
  • Addressing to product failure as the troubleshooter.
  • Coordinate with sales to complete customer requests for product failure, analysis report and coordinating with factory for speedy response.
  • Provide resolution of product failure at customer on-site witness.
  • Raise QN, ZWAR, RMA and FCA in SAP if needed and liaise with factory QA.
  • Support sales and sales manager for any technical query, presentation and offer solutions.
  • Regular TIIS certificate renewal.
  • Configuration setting for IS.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements (Type of degree and fields of major required): Technical school graduated or Bachelor's Degree qualified technical degree.
  • Preferred for MTL: Well make diversity, flexibility, dignity and teamwork, is suiting to Eaton model. Understanding technical of product. Excellent communication skill to liaise with internal and global peers & customers.
  • Experience Required: +5 years plus experience of troubleshooting to quality issue/returns at customer job site. As "Technician or Sales Engineer/Customer service" in any industrial market.
  • Foreign Languages: English skill (TOEIC 500 points over is preferable.)
  • PC skills: Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI tool.
  • If possible, 5 years plus experience working with harsh and hazardous process control, telecoms or fire and gas markets.
  • Proven experience in discussing and proposing solution at customer job site, hands-on mentality.
  • This person needs not only engineer but also to have negotiation skill to ease with product failure.
  • Essential to have proven commercial and customer relationship experience.
  • Build a result orientated and collaborative culture within and across functions to ensure effective resolution, determination and deployment of policies, tools and metrics with peers and associates.
  • Values and places ethical and safe behavior as their first priority.
  • Proven effectively operate & communicate in a multicultural environment.
  • Receives difficult information professionally without assigning blame.
  • View mistakes as opportunities to learn; seek feedback and ask for help. Respect, polite behavior, accept diversity and disagree.
