Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a TAS Service Support Representative - EESS.

Job Summary
Join our team at Eaton as a National Support Specialist for the Technical Application Support team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our service quotation team across the United States. Your responsibilities will include learning about our products, service solutions, pricing strategies, bid package development, quoting processes, CRM software, and quotation tools. You will also develop a deep understanding of national strategic accounts, industry knowledge, and our internal processes and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
TAS Service Support Representative
A. Leverage commercial and technical expertise to assist the Technical Application Support (TAS) Team in preparing technical proposals and bid packages for projects of varying complexity, focusing on assigned regional and national strategic accounts.
B. Ensure timely responses to quote requests, driving efficiency and accuracy in the quoting process.
C. Conduct part pricing research and prepare quotations to support sales efforts.
D. Maintain and update the pricing database for hyperscale data center customer spare parts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
E. Manage and support the quotation/project database, ensuring all information is current and comprehensive.
F. Contribute to the lead nurturing program, helping to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
G. Oversee the order handoff process between sales and service teams, ensuring seamless execution of service projects.
H. Proactively address customer issues, utilizing available resources or developing new procedures to provide timely solutions.
I. Foster strong commercial relationships with both internal and external customers, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
J. Assist in gathering and updating pre-bid and qualifications documents, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Advanced Studies (motor starting studies)
• Power monitoring & digital integration services
• Electrical Worker Training programs
C) Project Services
• Turnkey Projects
• Complete engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) capabilities from conception to startup and commissioning, specification preparation and development, feasibility and power systems studies, grid modernization solutions
• Modular Assemblies
• Modular Data Centers, Modular Power Assemblies.

Qualifications:

Education level required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution preferred

Years and area of experience required
• Minimum sales experience (1-2 years)

Technical knowledge
• Commercial experience (Electrical power distribution and service knowledge a plus)
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills (Fully fluent in English- Read/Write/Speak)
• Fully bilingual
• Working knowledge of Eaton proprietary software (Bidmanager, Vista, Order Center, Salesforce)
• Experience or exposure to a service or manufacturing organization
