What you'll do:

As a Tactical Planner, you will oversee the value stream from suppliers to the distribution center, ensuring material availability and managing electrical finished goods inventory. You will maintain system inventory records, execute purchase orders, and report directly to the Material Planning Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of goods between suppliers and the distribution center.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet demand.
• Execute purchase orders and maintain a clear open purchase order book.
• Conduct weekly/monthly calls with key vendors.
• Communicate customer escalations and changes to the supply plan.
• Achieve KPIs through regular reviews.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Utilize SAP Requirements Planning (MRP) module.
• Manage purchase orders and system improvements in collaboration with the Strategic Planner.
• Handle daily system exceptions and allocate stock as needed.
• Address customer service inquiries and manage escalations.
• Investigate and resolve blocked invoices weekly.
• Provide forecasts to vendors and track Material Planning KPIs.
• Minimize risks impacting planning KPIs and follow up on material shortages.
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers to the distribution center.
• Support challenging projects and stakeholder improvements.
• Respond to warehouse queries.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred

• MS Office and SAP advanced knowledge
• Fluency in Turkish and in English
• Open, proactive, and cooperative mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
