Key responsibilities include deploying Eaton software to customer on-prem systems and Eaton Hosted Systems environments, deploying MS SQL to customer on-prem systems, and integrating Eaton software with SQL, well-known interfaces (e.g., MultiSpeak, DNP3), and customer proprietary interfaces. The role also involves migrating Eaton software and databases (MS SQL or Oracle) to new systems, assisting Technical Support or Product Deployment resources in troubleshooting installed software, and collaborating with customers, Eaton Marketing, and third-party vendors to spec physical or virtual servers for customer on-prem systems, providing value-added system optimization.
