Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Customer Service Manager. The position will be based at our Sumter, SC facility and does offer relocation assistance within the US/PR.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

The Production Planning and Scheduling Supervisor (Panelboards) is responsible for supervising support functions involved in order entry, scheduling, expediting, and customer service activities related to Panelboard order processing. This position is responsible for coordinating efforts between Customer Service and cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Assembly, and Fabrication to improve production, materials planning, material availability, inventory targets/materials management and order tracking.

In this function you will:

• Manage daily Panelboard production planning to improve on time performance (OTP) metrics and achieve schedule fill rate targets within planned cycle and lead times.
• Review and discuss the status of materials and production schedules at daily production meetings to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment.
• Manage the various production schedules and capacity planning for Panelboard Production lines - (Maintain metrics - material availability and Panelboard Allocation system capacity ranges by Class and Product line)
• Manage reconciliation of the Panelboard Hot List - readjust for flips, cancels, expedites, etc. - to follow critical orders
• Manage the daily Panelboard production pull and/or Production schedule
• Coordinate efforts with CSR's to ensure mixed model scheduling occurs
• Participate and provide input into SIOP planning activities and meetings as required.
• Improve communication tools with Assembly, Fabrication and Supply Chain as it relates to (Boxes and trims, Material Availability, Panelboard Pull, unusual usages, etc)
• Work with Application Engineers and Supply Chain to determine expedite capabilities and coordinate with CSR's to make schedule changes when adjustments are implemented.
• Adjust capacity planning/scheduling by line - daily capacity numbers, weekly buckets, mixed model, etc. as required.
• Manage the process to capture and report unusual usages to Supply Chain for Panelboard

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years of Manufacturing, Customer Service or Supply Chain experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience managing people and/or project teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or related function/area supporting engineered-to-order products
• 5 years of experience with Eaton systems: Vista, Bid Manager, Panelboard Allocation System, Plant Order Manager, Mentor, OMS and AS400
