Supply Chain Manager - New Programs

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager - New Programs.

What you'll do:

This position is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions for Titan Expansion Program, such as materials planning (SIOP meetings leadership and accountability), scheduling, materials availability and ordering activities associated with manufacturing of the Molded Rubber products that will run production in the capacity expansion by properly escalating and follow up issues until resolution for direct and indirect material and services to assure flawless launch.
"• Drive program execution through planning, resource management, scope management, performance tracking, and identifying risks, issues & opportunities using Eaton Standard Process stage gate methodology and other project management methodologies.

• Drive the materials availability to assure coverage to achieve sales figures according to plan.
• Manages timelines, supports the coordination of all activities, consolidate action items and status, and provide overall project update.
• Provide regular project updates (i.e. Project Status Report - Green/Yellow/Red) to Supply Chain and business unit leaders of the status relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).
• Works with multifunctional project team members, and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute project related activities as per defined expectations.
• Coordinates activities within the supply chain function for Titan expansion project, such as:
o Planning and production scheduling for expansion manufacturing capacity
o Direct and indirect purchasing
o Sourcing activities to increase capacity to fulfill new requirements.
o Sales/revenue forecasting based on project timing and launches.
• Interfaces with current plant supply chain organization to properly execute business/operations plan.
• Interfaces with Titan expansion project organization to provide:
o Ensure proper availability of direct/indirect material for added manufacturing capacity.
o Provides an executable production plan based on equipment and facilities availability.
• Manages and directs Supply Chain team to ensure all activities are executed per project timeline. Provides coaching and training as required to Supply Chain team members.
• Coordinates with Plant Supply Chain Function to provide data and ensure all KPI metrics are aligned and met per plant business plan."

Qualifications:

" - Basic: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution
- Preferred: Professional Supply Chain related certification (e.g., CPM, CPIM) and MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain from an accredited institution"
Minimum 5 years' professional experience in Category Management or Procurement or a minimum of 7 years' professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations

Skills:

" - Full knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.
- High Digital Skillset including Excel, Microsoft Office 365 and associated programs"
" - Broad understanding of corporate and division purchasing policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop material plans that support sales and inventory objectives simultaneously for a multi-product plant.
- Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving.
- Proven Leader of People: Multiple years of related professional and supervisory/Managerial experience"
