We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage supply chain functions at plant level for materials planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, shipping and receiving, import and export controls.

What you'll do:
As established leader of people you will manage the performance of supply chain personnel in the procurement, receipt, disbursement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels.
You are expected to develop talent in the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools to ensure timely and economical completion of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with members of the Site Leadership Team, and add value through effective implementation of Eaton Business Systems (EBS) tools and processes.
- Lead intense plant-level focus on continuous improvement activities to progress manufacturing excellence maturity, as assesed by annual operations assessments (OpA). Execute the integrated manufacturing/supply chain strategy for Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket value streams.
- Evaluate operational performance of the team in order to facilitate talent and performance management.
- Manage and schedule production workflows as per Material Planning Schedule (MPS) and co-ordinate with network schedulers.
- Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems (such as MFGPro/Kinaxsis) to ensure accurate order generation and inventory balances.
- Support cost out/avoidence execution to drive approvals on specification changes and consumption reduction initiatives.
- Execute logistics (shipping and receiving) and schedule transportation with suppliers to support production, including import clearance and export controls ensuring adherence of Global Trade Management Regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of material inventory and ensure material is in the right place at the right time. Analyze data and prepare consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal supply chain execution
Qualifications:
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 10 years in Leadership & Supply Chain
Skills:
- APICS / CPIM preferred
