We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Dublin-based Eaton Office of Supply Chain Management. The role offers significant learning opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Manage and analyze supply chain data for governance and performance metrics
- Produce and schedule supply chain metrics, including data collection, analysis, and recommendations
- Use tools and technologies to enhance visibility into supply chain metrics
- Collaborate with IT to implement digital solutions for reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and address non-conformances
- Maintain compliance data and documentation
- Manage the supply chain calendar for strategic reviews and meetings
- Coordinate procurement compliance training with stakeholders
- Execute requisition to PO transactions in SAP

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Ideally some previous experience working in a Supply Chain environment (Purchasing, Inventory & Production, Materials management)
- Strong working knowledge ERP Systems preferably SAP, SharePoint, Excel and PBI
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts for procurement, planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, logistic, and shipping/receiving
Skills:
- Demonstrated learner
- Strong analytical, Communication and Digital skills
- Ambitious mindset to use this opportunity as a path into other Eaton supply chain roles
