Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supervisor produccion.
What you'll do:
In this function, you will:
• Drive Zero incident safety culture.
• Plan and maintain the appropriate workforce to meet our production demand.
• Manage department operations and prioritize production requirements.
• Facilitate shift activity among other department supervisors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Initiate and coordinate assistance as required from support departments.
• Ensure standard work processes are followed, countermeasures implemented, and the area is compliant with safety requirements.
• Review daily in-process orders reports to determine actions and assign priorities.

• Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders, as required, to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work conditions.
• Monitor and follow up on actions for performance regarding Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Coordinate and maintain associate files regarding attendance, overtime equalization, vacation, training, and time-off requests.
• Conduct daily Tier meetings.
• Lead cross functional team to improve processes and meet plant objectives.
• Provide documentation of all disciplinary actions taken against employees who violate health and safety rules.
• Assist in setting goals and objectives for employees and conducting mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews.
• Perform timely investigation of accidents, identification of root causes, and rapid correction of contributing factors.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment of a team of 50+ members supervisory
• Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
