Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supervisor de mantenimiento (2do turno).
What you'll do:
Lead maintenance activities including training, development plans and daily activities for all equipment technicians. Supervise and lead CMMS administration and related actions.
1.- Responsible for preventive maintenance schedule of all pieces of production equipment in the plant
2.- Responsible of over time schedule, reports and follow up activities accordingly
3.- Support ELSS / Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy
4.- Responsible of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance files either electronic or physical
5.- Analyze CMMS data and initiates activities for improvements when metrics are not met

6.- Reports Adherence to PM schedule, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Downtime.
7.- Responsible for compliance with all internal procedures and regulations (ISO, STPS, MESH, etc.)
8.-Tier 2 for Value Streams assistance and maintenance metrics information update accordingly
9.- Backup for Maintenance engineer in absence situations
10.-Support/assist Technician's group activities (repair / spare parts / support / record)
11.- Responsible for Hand Tools and safety devices inventory of all technicians.
12.- Responsible for technical development of all technicians
13.- Safeguard the integrity of key information, electronical, paper / binder, etc. #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in industrial engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical, preferred)
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role. Leadership maintenance department role.
- Knowledge and proficiency in CMMS administration and configuration
- Expertise in Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of manufacturing and electrical testing equipment.
- Basic knowledge on production equipment troubleshot.
- English 50% preferred.
- Maintenance background of punching, cutting and laser machines
- Manufacturing background. Electrical preferred.
