What you'll do:
The primary function is to lead the services sales team to implement Go to market strategy for the service sales business, maximum AMC connect ratio, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. Also drive key initiatves in service segment for the organisation
"1. To meet the revenue and gross margin objective of the organization
2. To maximize the connect ration for AMC through existing and new installations
3. To drive life cycle replacement products & solutions like spares, remote monitoring solutions, battery replacement
4. Key Account Management : Strong relationship management skills and proven track record of being trusted advisor to customer.

5. Conduct periodic meetings with key customers with MIS update on customer install base & service level deliverables & also to keep the account receivables under check
6. Business Development : To develop new accounts and professional services business
7. Business Analytics : Leverage strong market intelligence and analytical skills to decide on future strategies in the territory 8.Marketing and Promotion:
8. To identify areas for promotion and work closely with the marketing team to implement the same
- Increase customer Base
- Increase penetration in our installation base
- To seed our services solutions with the stakeholders at customer place for securing future business
9. Travelling : 25% to 40% time
10. Periodic review with team members on deliverables
11. Coolaborate with cross functional teams like Sales, Service Operations, Finance, SCM to achieve the deliverables"
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Diploma in engineering preferrably electrical or electronics
Minimum of 10-15 years field sales experience
Skills:
Key Account exposure and deep understanding of Datacenter, BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare Vertical and Government accounts
Solid negotiation, analytical skills and market intelligence
