What you'll do:

Job summary

The primary function of this role is to lead and support analysis in actuals, forecasts, strategic planning and profit planning for strategic projects led by the Supply Chain function. This role will communicate operating results, performance measures and ad hoc analysis to the Supply Chain function. The role will provide forward-looking insights and analytics that drive management decisions, actions and improve operational and financial performance. This role will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and supporting key business decisions. The Specialist - Supply Chain Finance collaborates with cross-functional teams, senior management, and executives to develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Job responsibilities

The individual in this role supports the Corporate Supply Chain Finance team, with a focus strategic projects:

• Develop, coordinate and drive internal profit plans, strategic plans, monthly forecasts, operating reviews and ensure financial viability.
• Prepare and manage financial information for capital asset requests.
• Communicate complex financial aspects into a manageable story to the senior leadership team.
• Analyze, identify and execute efficiencies to stay on budget and achieve expected results.
• Implement new or revised financial processes for better financial management and alignment.
• Regularly review project costs and savings and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform special analyses to support strategic business decision making.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to ensure financial success.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years in progressive accounting or finance experience with specific focus in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH or Moon Township, PA to be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree from an accredited institution
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Experience with data analytics and analyzing complex datasets
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for change and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret and relate financial data into key insights, drivers and commentary
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively

• Ability to travel up to 10%
