We are looking for a Site Supervisor to work for large sites (e.g. Microsoft data centers) from site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases. You will represents the Project Manager, and as such you will have the authority to coordinate the daily operational works at site. You represent Eaton at site meetings where planning, coordination, and safety are reviewed. You will ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements are met.

What you'll do:

  • Health and Safety Management: Oversee health, safety, and environmental processes on site, including risk assessments and safety briefings to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Project Representation: Act as the representative of the Project Manager during site activities and local coordination meetings;
  • Daily Coordination: Direct and coordinate daily site works by Eaton and third-party suppliers, including managing Eaton software implementation;
  • Resource Management: Identify and communicate resource gaps to the Project Manager, aiding in planning to adhere to work schedules;
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with the Project Manager and site service coordinators to effectively execute Eaton's scope of supply;
  • Regular Updates: Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager on work performed, issues encountered, and future planning;
  • Leadership and Compliance: Lead the on-site service team and vendor workers to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards;
  • Training and Ethical Conduct: Organize site training as needed and act ethically according to Eaton's values and policies, ensuring compliance among team members and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering degree or a solid background of system engineering of industrial building/facilities;
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in power distribution of facilities and/or power plant;
  • Experience in Industrial software deployment and networking;
  • Experience in building automation configuration and commissioning.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction/customer sites;
  • A solid knowledge of SCADA, Data Center Infrastructure Management system or EPMS software;
  • Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work;
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents;
  • Software configuration and networking;
  • Knowledge and experrience with MS Office and MS project;
  • Willing to work on rotation 6 weeks on site - 1 week home;
  • Good people skills and Experience of working with customers is critical;
  • English is a must. Other local language skills may be required for long duration work in specific locations.
