Location: on customer sites predominantly in the London area.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager You will be responsible to represent the Project Manager on site and during local coordination meetings. You will be responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site, ensuring a safe working environment is always provided and ensuring any necessary documentation such as, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS) is available.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinating site works by Eaton and Eaton third party suppliers daily.
  • Highlighting gaps in resource (quality and quantity) to Project Manager.
  • Maintaining close cooperation with Project Manager and site service coordinators to form an effective team for executing Eaton's scope of supply.
  • Providing regular updates to Project Manager of works performed, issues, planning for next period of work.
  • Ensuring effective use of resources to help reach profitability expectations and notifying extra-work.
  • Serving as a testing auditor of test forms and test practices of the on-site testing/certifying /commissioning agent.
  • Coordinating with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements.
  • Organising training for different parties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Electrician training and/or project working experience is expected.
  • Proven years of experience in similar role.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction sites
  • Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents.
  • Knowledge in Datacentres in an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • English is a must
