Shipping Coordinator - 3rd Shift

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator - 3rd Shift. The regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The rate for this position is $22.24 per hour. plus an additional $.50/hour shift premium. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for work in our distribution area and will be required to drive mobile equipment.

  • Required to pick parts, verify that it is the correct item and quantity, and pack to specification.
  • Check that customer boxes are properly labeled to the correct address.
  • Complete cycle counts.
  • Use the UPS machine, banding machine, and handheld scanners.
  • Operate a Raymond Reach Truck.

Safety & Quality Training necessary but not limited to:

  • Shipping Coordinator training
  • Raymond Certification Training - authorized
  • First Piece Quality Inspection
  • Fall Protection (order picking)

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military members are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Shipping and Receiving experience
  • Experience driving mobile equipment
  • Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or distribution experience

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
