What you'll do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and enhance our service delivery capabilities for the POD in accordance with EMEA standardized processes and tools. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and implement an aftermarket delivery program, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. As Service Delivery Program Manager, you will be closely working Eaton's joint venture partner, Nordic POD, at the Hanekleiva production site near Oslo. EPOD is a Medium Voltage capacity Power POD (Prefabricated & Pretested), a crucial component in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of large data center operation.

• Organize and enhance the capacity and capabilities to execute services for the PODs according to EMEA standardized processes and tools.
• Work closely with service clusters, plants, business units, resource management, vendors, and commercial teams to develop an aftermarket delivery program.
• Lead various programs for the PODs, including warranty support, training, site services, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure Safety (EHS) and Operational Compliance are met. Engage with experts and key partners to develop process and program documentation.
• Define operational goals and prioritize the development of site & lifecycle services implementation.
• Oversee multi-discipline teams to engage in proactive and reactive risk management, identifying risks and proposing mitigations.
• Identify process and communication gaps, developing and driving solutions for commissioning, training, and lifecycle programs.
• Provide strategic knowledge to help teams understand operational process flows and support value engineering efforts and training plans.
• Develop plans for improved field execution and delivery across project constraints of schedule, efficiency, and costs.

• Bachelors' Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution with a strong preference toward electrical engineering
• Extensive experience in similar position with strong electrical background.
• Knowledgeable in construction/aftermarket activities with a modular/prefab OEM or system integrator, leading a team.
• Deep understanding of UPS, Switchgears, Transformers, Li-On Batteries, Cooling & power monitoring concepts.
• Knowledge of executing large power projects, electrical works and field service commissioning works.
• Experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction site
• Experience with managing containerized/Prefab projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders involving complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents & communication requirements.
• Strong leadership skills able to deal with strong personality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prove to be calm in all the situations.
• Good people skills and Experience of working with & influencing multiple stakeholders is critical
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.
• Driving license.
