What you'll do:

  • 负责中国区UPS、MDC、储能、电力模块等产品的技术支持管理工作;
  • 负责技术支持团队管理, 提升现场服务质量和客户体验
  • 负责提升服务执行团队的整体技术水平, 重大事件的升级管理与项目管理
  • 负责解决现场重大事件和疑难问题, 提供分析报告和解决方案
  • 负责服务部门与品质, 研发的技术对接窗口, 反馈客户端的产品问题和客户需求, 协助持续改进和提升产品竞争力

Qualifications:

  • 本科及以上学历, 电力电子、电气自动化等相关专业;
  • 10年以上UPS技术支持经验, 3年以上团队管理经验;
  • 有UPS、开关电源、变频器等电源类产品开发工作经验优先;
  • 具备优秀的沟通、协调能力和文档编辑能力;
  • 熟悉各种数据中心相关的标准和规范, 如GB-50174、TIA-942等;
  • 英语六级, 熟练应用英语进行书写和交流
