What you'll do:
As Service Support Specialist you will mainly be responsible for various administrative activities at the service department covering whole Sweden. You will handle all system related tasks related to our Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Invoices as well as customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- End-To-End contract management process in SAP/SalesForce systems.
- Creation, renewal and update our Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Customer interface/support for updating SLA purchase orders (PO)
- Update contractor service, pricing and prepare other ad-hoc reports
- Customer interface/support for invoice related questions
- Monitor and respond to Contract Management email inbox
- Working and acting in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and Code Of Ethics
- Managing ad-hoc & general service back office tasks

Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education, university degree is an advantage - preferably in engineering or business related studies
- Relevant work experience in similar position, focusing on invoicing and contract management
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Salesforce
- Good experience from MS Office (strong Excel knowledge is advantage).
- Fluent communication in English and Swedish languages.
- Customer focus, solution focused and proactive attitude
- Able to follow instructions as well as take ownership of tasks and actions
- Be able to work together with different cultures
