What you'll do:
1. Develop a national spare parts demand plan model and regional warehouse replenishment plan with logic, continuously optimize planning methods & tools to ensure the satisfaction rate;

2. Establish reports and analyze business data, monitor and continuously improve KPIs such as demand satisfaction rate, delivery cycle, inventory turnover rate, inventory structure, obsolescence rate, spare parts quality, etc;
3. Responsible for introducing new products, projects, design changes, and special projects, including service models, spare parts plans, execution plans, etc., and coordinating internal teams to implement synchronously;
4. Manage spare parts center planning, procurement and logistics, warehouse and other businesses;
5. Establish & continuously optimize a standardized process system for spare parts center work, as well as performance evaluation methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Analysis or related fields, with a CPIM certificate would be a plus;
More than 3 years of experience in demand planning, more than 1 year of team management experience, good customer service and team collaboration spirit;
Strong cross team communication, coordination and negotiation skills with continuous self-motivation and deep-learning ability;
Excellent business data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel data analysis, formulas and modeling, PowerBI and other Office 365 tools;
Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking, be able to participate in and support overseas projects;
Experience in foreign companies or overseas work is preferred, with experience in key power supply, energy storage, or industrial control industries.
