What you'll do:
This role is based in Batam.
The primary responsibilities of this position is to lead and manage after-sales service support, overseeing Datacenter cooling system technical support and maintenance services in Indonesia. This includes project management, technical applications, system fault solving, engineering updates, technical service training, installation, testing and commissioning. Providing technical escalation support and timely solutions to Customers inquires as well as providing onsite Field Service technical support in Indonesia. Ensure 24x7 standby services through rotational duty schedule. May provide supports in a pre-sale through post-sale capacity.

A. Oversee cooling system aftersales maintenance services.
B. Ensuring successful installation, technical support, and ongoing maintenance of DC cooling systems in the data centers.
C. Ensuring adherence to project timelines, testing and commissioning and quality standards
D. Collaborate with internal teams, including factory engineering and project management, ensure seamless execution of installation projects.
E. Provide technical expertise and guidance during the installation process, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. F. Support any ad-hoc Service documentation and administrative on emergency support case
G. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquries and support related to DC cooling systems, respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective troubleshooting assistance, either remotely or on-site as necessary.
H. Conduct regular site visit and inspections to assess the conditions of cooling systems and identify any potential maintenance needs or improvements.
I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
g. Acting as pre-sales for cooling to support sales team in addition to main job as service cooling engineer.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent / higher in electrical / electronics discipline
Cooling service background preferred with at least 2 years' experience
Skills:
Cooling service experience preferred for EATON Cooling system
Good communication skill
