Senior Tech Support Engineer

What you'll do:

a) Responsible for technical support of UPS, communication cards, energy storage, power modules, and other products in China.
b) Responsible for improving the overall technical level of the service execution team, upgrading management, and project management of major incidents.
c) Responsible for resolving significant on-site incidents and difficult issues, providing analysis reports and solutions.
d) Serving as the technical liaison between the service department and the quality and research and development departments, reporting customer product issues and customer needs, assisting in continuous improvement, and enhancing product competitiveness.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree or above, major in power electronics, electrical automation and other related majors.

b) More than 10 years of UPS technical support experience.

Skills:

Working experience in the development of power supply products such as UPS, switching power supply, inverter is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and document editing skills.
Familiar with various data center related standards and specifications, such as GB-50174, TIA-942, etc.;
CET-6, proficient in writing and communicating in English.
