This is a hybrid position (3/2) based in Warsaw, Poland or in Budapest, Hungary

What you'll do:

This role will oversee and manage one or more product and software development teams as a servant leader.

  • Ensure teams follow Agile practices and Scrum values.
  • Boost team efficiency and motivate process improvement.
  • Support Agile mindset adoption and scaling and ensure productive and timely Scrum events.
  • Execute the product roadmap and guide development.
  • Create user stories and manage the backlog.
  • Assist with value-based prioritization.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies.
  • Promote a secure development lifecycle with a cybersecurity focus.
  • Train and mentor Scrum teams.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using Agile.
  • Assist Product Owner with planning and roadmapping.
  • Support user story estimation and prioritization.
  • Track and report Agile metrics as well as identify and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with other Agile teams.
  • Ensure a safe team environment.
  • Lead sprint capacity planning.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage Scrum teams across geographies.
  • Continuously improve Agile maturity.
  • Support cost tracking for Scrum projects.
  • Assist with vendor management and onboarding.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Lead complex projects, programs, and teams.
  • Lead warehouse management and logistics projects.
  • Strong understanding of product management and modern delivery processes.
  • Deep experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and scaling Agile.
  • Expertise with Agile tools and artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.
  • Experience with modern software development (code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, cloud services).
  • Able to coach multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation processes is a benefit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Patience and empathy with mentees and Agile newcomers.
  • Comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective interaction with senior leadership.
  • Excellent listening skills for understanding.
  • Experience with diverse, global cultures, organizations, and teams.
