Eaton's Mobility Group is hiring a Senior Quality Manager, APAC in Shanghai.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute group and regional quality functional strategy, to support business growth targets.
- Leadership for implement quality management system involve requirements from Automotive Industry, OEM customers, Eaton Corporation etc.
- Leadership and guide for regional key customer relationship and performance improvement, support effective quality issue problem solving.
- Leadership and guide for plant and supplier key quality issue problem sovling.
- Provide leadership and guidance for quality function resource planning and competency development.
- Quality function lead within PROLaunch DGC. Overlook project launch process and minimize quality risks.
- Owner for project/plant/supplier performance report, drive key issue resolution.
- Function/plant/supplier quality management system audit, and drive proactive action for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree major in automotive/engineering
- At least 10 years of rich experience in quality problem solving in the automotive industry.
- Automotive leading OEM Customer knowledge and experience
- IATF 16949 and leading OEM specific quality system experience
- Advanced experience in APQP/PPAP and quality problem solving, both in leadership and analytical skills
- Financial and P&L acumen
- Fluent in written and verbal English
