What you'll do:
- Managing final quality control processes,
- Managing trainings of team and instructions of quality processes,
- Preparing reports of final quality processes and non-conformities,
- Lean tools experience is preferred,
- Evaluating customer complaints received from the after-sales department and taking related actions,
- Following weekly production schedules,
- Checking the FLC's prepared monthly in the Quality Control department,
- Preparing reports on quality problems.
- Managing quality team and processes of distribution transformer production.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineer.
- Preferably 5-6 years of work experience in quality control departments.
Skills:
- Lean tools, PPAP and FMEA experience is preferred,
- Experience in medium voltage, high voltage products,
- Experience in quality control tools,
- Strong quality control management skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills,
- Advanced level knowledge of quality control.
