What you'll do:

• New product development and customizations
• Deliver NPD tasks or NPD sub-projects with limited guidance and supervision
• Customizations capibility
• Product design and varifciation
• Technical documentations for applying certifictaion
• Provide for engineering support for sales and marketing
• Other tasks leader assigned

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
• 5 years or longer experience in position as Engineer, research and design or relative functions
• Has experience on testing on electrical components/equipment's such as fuse, disconnector or switcher.
• Be good at 3D software and 2D drawing and relevant regulation, SolidWorks is preferred.
• Technical foundation in fuse, disconnector, switcher and/or related products and applications
• Be familiar with insulating/conductive materials, and the surface finish treatment, be able to design both mechanical structure and electrical calculation individually for electrical device/equipment.
• Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost control)
• Capability on communications and teamwork with cross function team
• Data based decision making
• Project management skills, knowledge on new product development procedure.
• Certain English skill on oral and writing, be able to create English testing reports, communicate with global team
• Strong self-study capability.
