What you'll do:
This position is responsible for PDSS division operation FP&A, work close with plant finance team to improve finance productivity, finance support to division operation and R&D team.

1. Partners with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering to drive execution at division
2. Consolidate and review manufactory reports, ensure that major cost variations are identified with action plan
3. Standard Cost Analysis,manufacturing Productivity Analysis, variable Cost vs budget Analysis
4. Material Inflation / Inventory/DOH Analysis/Cost Savings Initiatives/Capital Spending Analysis
5. Support division forecast, profit plan and strategic plan process
6. Timely submit regular financial reports to APAC finance, division Operation and R&D team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. CPA/CIMA/ACCA equivale certification is a plus
Five years' finance working experience with two years FP&A or plant costing working experience
Skills:
Solid experiences of cost accounting, reporting, budgeting, and auditing practices.
"• Proficiency skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint,Power BI
• Good written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable with working in a deadline oriented department.
• Familiar with SAP system"
