Eaton's Corporate Finance Team is hiring a Digital Finance & Innovation Program Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. This position requires 10% travel.

Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Finance & Innovation, the Program Manager owns overall planning and delivery coordination for the Digital Finance & Innovation team to achieve expected strategic outcomes from our data, technology and innovation initiatives, projects, and product releases. This includes championing the Agile development processes, promoting a culture of self-managing teams, and supporting an environment of continuous planning. The program manager leads the intake, prioritization, and release management processes, interfacing with key stakeholders in finance, IT, and within the Digital Finance and Innovation team.

Essential Functions:

• Support the design for the ""finance of future"" vision through management of Digital Finance programs and the related finance technology transformation roadmap enterprise wide.
• Define the Digital Finance program governance structure, providing program leadership, oversight, and control, and serving as a key liaison between the Finance Transformation team, steering committee, and the Digital Finance team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in finance, IT, and cross-functionally for technology and data initiatives that require cross-functional coordination.
• Drive the intake and prioritization processes necessary for optimal delivery in an agile, product environment, ensuring alignment to value, driving cross-portfolio prioritization and sequencing decisions with key stakeholders through value vs effort estimation process. Partner effectively with other supporting finance technology functions (GFSS, tax, audit, and treasury) and IT to ensure top initiatives are prioritized and planned collectively.
• Coordinate the priorities, schedule, budget, risks and issue management for Eaton's evolving financial data and AI capabilities, and partner with Finance IT and the Chief Data Office to understand and align with the holistic finance technology footprint (i.e. machine learning, AI, analytics, automation, enterprise data products, OCR, etc.).
• Work with Digital Finance leadership to prepare and manage overall program budget; capital hardware, software, and labor; expense labor and non-labor.
• Develop communication strategies and drive change management plans with key stakeholders; this includes supporting release management, including communications and training of end users, and leading communications with key stakeholders, ensuring all communications related to implementation are completed.
• Establish processes for managing risks and issues. Drive resolution of critical issues and lead or support business process deep dives to ensure root cause analysis and correction resulting in improved customer experience.
• Work with project team members to outline risk management plans; identify risks and develop respective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Leverage project management tools where appropriate and coach project managers and product owners on best practices and continuous improvements.
• Define and measure operational KPIs to monitor team's progress around products and projects.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two (2) years of manager of people experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of project management and/or program management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree or advanced degree.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Accounting, business, and/or finance function experience.
• 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years leading and influencing technology portfolio, program, and/or product teams.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
• Background in business analysis, design, development, data architecture, software testing or related technical field.
• Experience with agile program management delivery, establishing governance frameworks, and training programs.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
