Position Overview:
Eaton Corporation is seeking a leader to develop and drive Eaton's strategy for the Physical Infrastructure portfolio within the Distributed IT organization, part of the Electrical Sector - Americas business. This position will be based in Woodridge, Illinois or Raleigh, NC. Reporting to the Distributed IT Marketing Director, this individual will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy for Eaton's Physical Infrastructure portfolio which consists of Single Phase UPS, Rack Power Distribution, Rack Enclosure, Cooling, Digital Connectivity and Growth Segment product lines.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements the Physical Infrastructure product portfolio strategic plan, including product development projects and marketing programs to obtain growth in incoming orders and sales and ensure continued growth and profitability of product line.
• Plans, manages and oversees the formulation of all strategic short-term and long-term objectives and business plans for the product line portfolio, including meeting sales volume targets, market share, strategic pricing, price realization, profitability, and product quality metrics.
• Directs and oversees new product development and introduction of new products into the market.
• Develops and owns product roadmaps and the execution of product lifecycle management.
• Regularly participates in and reports out product line financials, including forecasting and performance to plan.
• Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Segments, Business Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Accountable for product portfolio P&L; responsibility for volume, price, margin, and profit.

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder that can successfully work in cross functional and matrixed organizations and deliver measurable results.
• Proven ability to stimulate new process development and process improvement while fostering a culture of learning.
• Demonstrated experience building strong teams through development, training, and talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process-oriented roles focused on continuous improvement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles with demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing diverse teams to deliver results.
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
• An advanced degree is preferred

• This position will be based in Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
