Eaton's PMCC division is currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Location: Bonn, Vienna or any other EMEA PMCC location
The HRBP is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and support to the Product Line Management and associated PMCC functions in a wide range of functional areas of human resources including but not limited to HR strategy, organizational development and organizational change management, employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and employment as well asproduct line and divisional HR projects. He/she drives large transformational and HR projects across the entire division and deputizes the Division's HRD. As a member of the Product Line leadership team, the HRBP helps to establish goals and strategic plan, particularly as related to human capital needs. Being an architect and executor of an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization, the incumbent drives execution of Product Line strategy with the PMCC HR team and provides cross operations coordination & integration/alignment within the Product Lines. He/she will promote actions to reinforce employee engagement. In order to drive the HR agenda and ensure execution of the HR strategy the incumbent functionally leads the HR teams belonging to the Product Lines and associated PMCC functions.

What you'll do:
- Acts as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the business line leadership team and divisional leadership team members. Understands and contributes to the business strategies and identifies opportunities to improve organizational capability. Acts as a role model and sponsor for Eaton Values and Philosophy.
- Supports Employee Relations activities by working with management and employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils and unions) to facilitate achievement of established business objectives.
- Champions organization change to facilitate alignment of human capital plans to the Product Line's strategic plan. Guides and accompanies the product lines and associated functions in organizational development in order to improve integration, collaboration and communication. Drives culture change to align the organization with the strategy.
- Leads the people aspects of the Playing to Win, Digital Transformation and Future Ready strategies for the product lines. Creates a positive employee relations culture.
- Delivers, drives and supports large-scale organizational programs and HR projects across the entire division (product line, functions and operations) such as footprint projects, M&A projects, organizational transformation etc
- Builds organizational capability to meet the current and future needs of the business; utilize data including OCA (Organizational Capability Assessment) to assess and address functional talent development needs, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organization design, diversity, retention and tracking of OCA actions.
- Supports the leadership in the establishment and maintenance of an effective talent management and succession planning process.
- Works closely with the product line and division leaders and teams to advance functional excellence (culture, employee engagement, Reset/Refocus); develops and supports functional learning resources; develops training plans and delivers trainings as required; advises on functional competencies, developmental tools, methodologies, standardized job descriptions, functional colleges and other learning practices.
- Manages operational Compensation and Benefits processes in the business line in alignment with the C&B team.
- Partners with the HRD and business line VP/GM to define the HR strategy and drives implementation of the HR strategy within the product lines and associated functions, formally deputizes the HRD.
- Leads the HR teams belonging to the Product Lines and associated functions supporting them in deploying the HR strategy and in optimizing / leveraging standard work and support for items such as wellness, I&D, communications, Leadership Development, HR Services etc. Drives continuous improvement within the HR team and delivers on assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related subject required (MBA preferred)
- Human Resources Professional experience in a progressive multinational company, as well as managerial experience in Human Resources
Skills:
- High level of social competence and sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, solution-oriented and independent working methods, a high degree of initiative as well as a willingness and interest to engage in a committed team
- Analytical skills coupled with pragmatism
- Experienced with matrix structures in multinational corporations
