Eaton in Tczew is a manufacturer of a wide range of components and products for the automotive industry (passenger vehicles and trucks), requiring advanced technologies and modern solutions. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
What you'll do:
- Develop and control P&L and balance sheet within profit plan and forecast expectations.
- Analyze and report variances in actual vs. forecast vs. plan vs. prior year.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data and reports.
- Evaluate and improve departmental budget systems and performance reports.
- Support cost-saving programs and profitability improvements.
- Lead cost accounting processes and evaluate capital appropriation request.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in controlling.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, result-driven.
- Manufacturing controlling experience is a must.
- ERP system experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Nice to have knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
