What you'll do:
This position is responsible for assisting ES APAC Finance manager to provide performance analysis to support business growth and management decision in the area of sales, order, P&L bridge, capex, etc. He/She is also responsible for regional RHQ ledger closing and reporting. He/She supports business and lead projects as required.

1. Consolidate actual results at regional level, provide performance analysis, such as sales, order, P&L bridge, capex, etc.
2. Coordinate and provide sales & order update on weekly & daily basis
3. Work with division finance to deliver requirements related to actual results, forecast package, such as sales/order, P&L bridge, etc., to management team and sector finance
4. Manage RHQ ledger closing/forecast, as well as regional cost allocation
5. Support regional function team, such as Business Development, Operation, HR, etc.
6. Support annual profit planning
7. Support business/plant finance team if needed
8. Other reporting / projects requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
Over 2 years' experience on finance, costing or FP&A is preferred. Candidate must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment, understand basic accounting concepts and practices, able to work with senior management and communicate well.

Digital mindset
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Power Query/Power BI is preferred.
