What you'll do:
"To identify the gaps in supplier Quality system- Quality, Delivery and operational alignment with supplier and Eaton manufacturing sites, communicate back to SDE & take follow up for improvement actions. Ensure actions implemented in respective process for defect free product supply with aiming overall supplier performance improvement.
Function as an individual contributor and as part of the Quality CoE with focused on Supplier Quality &Development Systems and timely communication to all customer and stakeholders.
Co-lead / assist in the development and deployment of Supplier Audits key elements and basic Supplier Quality training sessions.
Own and directly monitor the progress at the Business level."

"1.Ensure the necessary coordination of activities with SDE's, providing support on system and technical matters as well as defining and controlling the agreed Services Levels.
2.Works independently within the context of specific project and Supplier Audit processes, including the development of training material and training deployment.
4.Define the best approach for Supplier risk management and identification of critical suppliers for Business. Perform the Onsite audit as per the business request.

11.Support and lead process transitions through on time and accurate documentation.
12.Perform the activities meeting the defined SLA for the process.
13.Lead QMS activities and ensure 100% adherence to set procedures.
14.Enhance the Auditing process and report accuracy.
15.Adhere the KPI and SLA's and identify opportunities to improve.
17.Responsible for conducting trainings and drive the Continuous Improvement behavior throughout the process.
18.Self-directed, making major contributions to teams, and contributes significantly to customer / Stakeholder satisfaction.
19.Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on ad-hoc requests.
20.Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position and willingness to learn new skills when required.
Qualifications:
BE in (Mechanical , Production, Electrical, Electronics & Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 10 ~12 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development quality
Skills:
Experience in working with global customers & suppliers.
Certified Internal & Lead Auditor - ISO/IATF & AS9100
"1. Working Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Machining/Casting/Sheet Metal / Molding / Plating is preferred
2. Working knowledge of QMS ,statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and capability analysis.
3. Competent in problem solving, team building, Auditing ,planning and decision making skills
4. Should possess the thorough knowledge of QMS ,8D process and have experience in conducting / taking CAPA from internal and external partners
5.Data Management and Analytics skills, Effective Communication & Influencing skills- Customers and Suppliers. Interpersonal skills,
Strong accountability, Conflict management and Escalation Management , Time / Priority Management, Presentation Skills
