What you'll do:
A. To build up strong relationships with Named Accounts, Drive Named accounts' growth and revenue.
B. To set up the strategy and business developing plan for Named Accounts in short term, mid-term and long term

C. Lead central bidding projects to enhance the win rate
D. To ensure Eaton be listed in all necessary short list of these named account's Frame Purchas Agreement, or be invited for bidding as the primary objective
E. To work closely together with all sales teams (Regional, IT, Colo and Service sales), marketing, service team to reach the desired target.
Qualifications:
A. Bachelor degree with more than 3 years' sales experience in UPS or relevant market
B. Be familiar with some key financial accounts and have good relationship with HQ of key financial segments
C. Strong sales skill and channel management skill; good skill for problem solving
D. Good team work spirit and great sales sense
E. Negotiation and communication skills
