What you'll do:
As a Senior Analyst Services Operations you will be responsible for design, implementation and continuous improvements of inleads process across EMEA Service Clusters. The incumbent of the role will work in close alignment with EMEA service management team and sales teams in the region.
Your main responsibilities:
-Support and increase the sales of our digital remote monitoring SLA's
-Support technically sales teams to design a competitive and standardized solution and process to address customer needs

-Drive monitoring and reporting assessment and workflow for iLeads strategy and processes
-Support remote sales teams for training and process deployment
-Ensure smooth hand-over of iLeads operations to different Service departments across local Service teams
-Effectively operating aligned and compliant to all applicable Corporate EMEA Services
-Lead the optimization of the iLeads success rate: Hit rate (volume and count)
Manage directly the iLeads process backlog and implementation of standardized model and tools (CPQ, SalesForce, SAP)
Responsible for monitoring and providing consistent status update including probability of success
-Drive continuous improvement culture within the team based on quantifiable performance (hit rate, time to deliver tracking, Bid quality NPS..)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
-2-3 years experience in Service and/or Sales Operations
-Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems, and ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Skills:
-English (proficiency verbal and written), any additional language an advantage
-Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills;
-Good negotiation skills with a problem solving attitude; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Right to work and freely travel in EU
